has been involved in health and fitness for about ten years. He graduated
from Texas Tech and is certified by Cooper, ACE, IFPA, and AHA. Jerod stays
current with personal training and in tune to his clients' needs through
continuing education, working with numerous people every day, and practicing
what he preaches. No matter where you currently stand, if you have a desire

Leslie Etter
She has been training and
instructing for almost a decade, and has a very diverse fitness background. She
has a unique style of training, is detail oriented, and is very knowledgeable
and passionate about what she does. She believes in getting the
most out of your time spent in the gym through effective training, and
helps her clients improve their health by finding balance in their lives. Leslie’s
certifications include: Health & Fitness Specialist (CPT),
Biomechanics of Resistance Training, Providing Nutritional Guidance,
Holistic & Functional Training, Kickboxing Instructor, Supplements
for Athletes, CPR, and First Aid. She also holds a 2nd degree black
belt in karate, and a green belt in judo. Whether you have worked
